I have an edit button and then a report this comment button and then a quote button. I can't see an X button.

Graham: I'm sorry: you're right. On further research, it seems that the delete (X) button disappears after someone has appended a post below yours. Workarounds: editing the post (as you have done), or contact a moderator/administrator who can delete the post.

Mulgabob, there may be a few fantasy entries, but it isn't exclusive. My mother is also brainstorming before deciding whether to join (she's so joining) and her piece will be non-fiction (and hopefully not too embarrassing for me! haha). I'm thinking the more we stick the the Christmas/holiday theme, the more freedom we can have with our genres and this would be ideal as we want the pieces to represent the authors, not just the group.

I have downloaded a copy to critique - but need to critique for critters.org first.

'Christmas comes to Kiwirrkurri.'

I did post an attachment of a piece that I penned for this project but deleted it soon after. My original piece was a first off draft and was a but rough around the edges. I have worked on it, a little, in order to make it more presentable.

I will attach hereto and if anyone has the time to read it I am open to suggestions/criticism and so on.

Bob.....

Re Kiwirrkurra, those are certainly memorable events. The stories are interesting because of the non-traditional take on Christmas, and so reflect the theme of Christmas Down Under admirably.

Please see attached for trivial comments.

Thanks Peter.......

I have taken in (and on) some of your suggestions. I have done a quick amendment and will look at further work on the article.

Amendment attached hereto
